01 Service and acceptance
Mizuki Bot (formerly ミ✧みずきBot✧ミ) helps Discord servers with general commands, announcements, moderation, and security as described in the guide. Inviting or using the bot means accepting these terms and acknowledging the Privacy Policy. The operator can be reached through Discord Support.
You must meet Discord's minimum-age and eligibility requirements applicable to you, and comply with Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Mizuki Bot is not operated or endorsed by Discord.
02 Server administrator responsibilities
The inviter must be authorized to manage the server and grant relevant access. Administrators are responsible for rules, permissions, role hierarchy, log channels, exemptions, operating modes, and informing members about monitoring and data storage in their server.
Start in alert mode and review results before enforcing. Restrict Security Log to necessary staff. Consider privacy and inform members as appropriate before enabling message excerpts. Do not include secrets in reasons or announcements.
03 Acceptable use
Use the bot only to manage communities you are authorized to administer. Do not harass, spam, deceive, unlawfully collect or disclose others' data, break the law, infringe rights, or bypass Discord's permission or security controls. Do not steal tokens or disrupt the service.
04 Automation and command effects
Some commands, including clear, kick, and ban, run immediately. Message deletion may be irreversible. Detection can be wrong; actions depend on permissions, role hierarchy, connectivity, and Discord API availability. The bot does not guarantee detection or prevention of every incident.
Revocation removes points while preserving records; it does not lift timeouts or restore messages. Staff should review cases and use untimeout or adjust permissions as appropriate. Members should appeal to their server's staff.
05 Music use and content rights
Use only links you are authorized to play and follow Discord, YouTube, and content-owner requirements. The bot does not guarantee video access or playback and does not bypass login, age, or membership restrictions. Playback through the bot does not grant additional copyright rights.
06 Availability and changes
The service may stop for maintenance, fail, or change with Discord API and hosting conditions. This site does not verify live status or guarantee 24-hour availability. The operator may change features or suspend access for violations, notifying users through service channels when appropriate.
The bot assists staff; administrators must still check outcomes, maintain necessary backups, and make community decisions. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
07 Stopping use and remaining data
Administrators can stop using the bot by removing it or revoking relevant permissions. Disabling automation does not disable manual commands, and removing the bot does not automatically erase all database records or log messages. See retention periods and deletion requests in the Privacy Policy
